ちょうど切れる頃に耳鼻科へ報告に行った日に耳鳴りがおかしくなり、その日の晩にネットでデパスを調べてしまって怖くなった状態で寝たら、数時間後に飛び起き、頭がおかしくなるんじゃないかと思うほどの症状に襲われました
とてつもないそわそわ、焦燥感、不安感、脳がおかしい、視界もおかしい感じなど・・
数日は生き地獄で、当時は離脱とか断薬とかすら知らない状態で、そういうのを知ったのは2ヶ月くらい経ってからでした
（それまでPCももちろんできないし、TVもスマホも目がおかしくて観れない状態でした）
徐々によくなってきてはいましたが、最近3ヶ月目くらいで逆に鬱気味というか、そわそわが酷くなってきていて耐えられそうにないです・・

現在、漢方でハンゲコウボクトウを処方してもらって飲んでいたのですが、あるサイトでハンゲコウボクトウはベンゾと同じ働きがあるから離脱を遅らせるという情報をみてまた怖くなっています

今の段階では、1週間しか飲んでいませんが、たぶん状態的にデパスの0.5を朝晩飲んでいたものを一気断薬したのと同じくらいの症状が出ていると思います
その状態で3ヶ月経過していますが、ハンゲコウボクトウは煎じ薬です
一度、粉薬にしてもらって徐々に減薬して、断薬した方がいいでしょうか？

もともとソワソワが酷くてハンゲコウボクトウを処方してもらい、1日目に非常に効いたのですが徐々に悪化している感じもします
これはハンゲコウボクトウを辞めるとソワソワがさらに酷くなるんでしょうか・・？

また、一番重要な疑問で、ソワソワがハンゲコウボクトウを辞めても辞めなくても酷い状態なのですが、ネットでインデラル等のベータブロッカーや最悪の場合うつ薬などの対処薬が書かれていました
正直、そわそわが耐えられそうにない場合、すでに断薬から3ヶ月ほどが経過していますが、インデラルなどを弾薬後に飲むのはどうなのでしょうか？
また、この状態でデパスはさすがにもう服用したくないですが、ベンゾの弱いものを再服用しても意味ないでしょうか？

・ピルカッター
オーソドックスな方法です。
欠点は小さく割ろうとすると上手くいかないことがあります。

・菜切り包丁
『菜切り包丁』を使う方法です。
菜切り包丁の刃は、物を真っ二つに切る形状になっており、刃も薄くできているため錠剤を真っ二つに切れます。
切り方は、刃の薄いところを真ん中に当てて押しつけるだけです。
私のお薦めは『鋼（はがね）』のものですが、モリブデンバナジウムやVG-10（V金10号）などのステンレスも良く切れます。

・三徳包丁
一般家庭にある包丁で切る方法です。
片刃のため菜切り包丁ほどの精度はありませんが、しっかり刃を研いであれば奇麗に切れると思います。


・カッターナイフ
カッターの刃は薄くて切れ味も抜群（しかも両刃）ですが、刃が直線のため上から押しつけづらいです。
カッターで切る場合は刃を長く出して錠剤の真ん中に当て、木槌などでバトニングすると力を加減しやすいです。

どの道具も重要なのは刃の薄さと切れ味です。
うまく切るには片目をつぶって錠剤の真ん中に刃を合わせるのがコツです。
包丁を使う場合でも木槌や木の棒（すりこぎ棒など）でバトニングをするとかなり精度が上がります。
